How do I login to CitiDirect via the App?
Scan the applicable QR code below to download the CitiDirect App*.
Alternatively, go to the Google Play™ Store or Apple App Store® and search for CitiDirect. Use your existing CitiDirect credentials to authenticate and login to the App. The App is currently available in select markets and can be downloaded on Mobile as well as Tablet devices.
Key functions available via CitiDirect App:
- Authorize and release payments
- Push Notifications
- View Balances, Intra day cash positions and payments status
- Desktop login via Biometric Authentication*
- User authorization, deactivation, reset

How do I approve payments via the App?
Simply login to the CitiDirect App, navigate to Authorise tab under Payments. All payments pending action from the user will be listed here. Authorisers can also enable Push Notifications in App settings to receive alerts on Payments Pending Action.
How do I use Biometrics Authentication to login to the Desktop?
Biometric authentication is now available in key markets to provide easy access to CitiDirect® on desktop and mobile. It is a digital authentication method that utilizes a user’s unique physical traits and the built-in biometrics sensors on the user’s mobile device, such as fingerprint and facial recognition, to securely access CitiDirect.
To start using Biometrics, simply download the CitiDirect App and in the Settings, turn on “Enable biometrics” and “Desktop sign in using Biometrics”. Watch this video on how Biometrics Authentication for desktop login works:
