Account Opening and Maintenance Requirements

Dear Valued Client, 

At Citibank, your feedback is important to us. In response to your feedback, we will make available to you the country requirements prior to confirming any of the following requests:

• Account Opening (AO)
  
  This is for opening new accounts.
• Corporate Signer - Add
  
  This is to add a new corporate signer. Corporate or Authorized signers are individuals who will execute the account opening and account maintenance documents and will designate operating signers.
• Operating Signer - Add
  
  This is to add a new operating signer. Operating signers are sometimes referred to as the money movers of the account. They write checks, initiate funds transfer transactions and provide any other instruction on behalf of the entity to move funds.
• Signer Delete
  
  This is to delete Corporate and Operating signers. Also includes signers for Manually Initiated Funds Transfer (MIFT) transactions.

It is important to note that the list presented on this site covers all the required documents. Upon your confirmation, a final list will be generated and provided to you for your submission. The final list excludes any valid document that Citi has on file.
